1. Use of the Sites

The rights in the designs, pictures, logos, photographs and content of quadratica.co.uk and training.quadratica.co.uk (the ‘Sites’) are owned by or licensed to Quadratica UK Limited (‘Quadratica’). They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of the Sites without the written permission of Quadratica. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

Use of the online training courses is bound by the Terms of Use, available HERE

2. Liability

Quadratica attempts to ensure the accuracy of all of the content. However, Quadratica does not accept any liability for an inaccuracies or omissions. The content of the Sites should only be used for information purposes and you should not rely on it to make any decision or take any action.

The Sites are for your individual use and are not to be used for any commercial purpose. As a result, Quadratica will not be responsible in any circumstances for your loss of profits. Quadratica will also not be responsible for any loss including wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data.

Quadratica is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your inability to use this Sites. Quadratica cannot promise that the Sites will not be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the Sites are provided on an “as available” basis.

3. Third party links and content

This Sites also provides links to and content from other Internet sites and resources. As Quadratica has no control over these sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Quadratica is not responsible for the availability of these external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible for any content, advertising products, services or other materials on or available from these sites or resources.

4. Data protection and privacy

Any details which you provide to Quadratica from which Quadratica can identify you are held and processed in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy.

5. Take down notice and policy

If you consider any material on our sites to be illegal or unacceptable and wish to complain, please contact support@quadratica.co.uk outlining the nature of your complaint, quoting the content in full and specifying the URL of the page the content is on. On receipt of your complaint, we will investigate and as a result, remove or edit the content about which you are complaining. In any event, we will endeavour to respond to your complaint within five working days.

6. Changes to the terms

Quadratica may change the Sites or these terms at any time. If you use the Sites after Quadratica has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms. 

7. Support Services Policy

We provide support services to customers between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am and 4:30 pm (UK time) on a Friday excluding UK bank holidays as follows:

• Support in the use of Quad:CMS to administrative users and training users as appropriate
• Legislative updates, as appropriate, to ensure compliance

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of these Sites are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales

Terms of Supply

Credit Card Purchases

All credit card details are entered and stored securely by the SagePay or PayPal services. Prices shown on this site are exclusive of VAT @ 20%, where applicable. All orders can be sent to Quadratica (UK) Limited. Any purchase made is non-refundable after 14 days and non-transferable. Exchanges may be available depending on products or services purchased.

Non Credit Card Purchases

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

Payment must be remitted by BANK TRANSFER. All bank transfers (BACS) should reference the invoice number. Invoices submitted will bear the international bank codes in order to facilitate this method of payment.

Early termination of a multiyear subscription to X-Screen® (invoiced and paid annually in advance) will require the immediate payment of the remainder of the term, in full.

Sites Contents & Services

While every effort is made to maintain a high standard of content, the information, products and services contained on these sites may be slightly out of date or include omissions, inaccuracies or other errors. All information is provided on an 'as is' basis. All items offered are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and specifications may change without prior warning. Any views or opinions expressed on items are for guidance only and do not constitute any part of a contract. Quadratica (UK) Limited reserves the right to make changes to this sites at any time without notice. Once checked and signed for, all products or items are the responsibility of the purchaser, who must be over 18 years of age to complete transactions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Delivery is normally within 5 working days (U.K.). Orders not received by any customer must be notified to Quadratica (UK) Limited within 14 days of the customer placing the order. As a company we make every effort to maintain a high standard of service, as we update servers and software, occasional interruptions may occur.

The products sold on the sites are provided for business use only. Accordingly, Quadratica (UK) Limited do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the sites or for any products or services purchased from Quadratica (UK) Limited.

These sites contains links to other websites, Quadratica (UK) Limited has no control over these sites and makes no guarantees about the quality of content therein.

WARNING: You will not be granted access to the Training Products until, and unless, the information provided by you has been verified. You must work for and/or be vouched for by a legitimate company that operates security services or which provides security services. Any attempt to gain access to the Training Products by providing false information will be reported to the appropriate authorities and criminal proceedings may follow. ALL boxes MUST be completed. Once completed and submitted your application will be subject to verification which may take some time dependent upon the speed of response by your company / sponsor to our verification request. You will be notified once any application has been verified and approved. The details provided below will be held in strictest confidence and will not be shared with any other organisation than Quadratica (UK) Limited and the company you work for (unless we submit your details for criminal proceedings to be instigated against you as a result of fraudulent activity on your behalf).
