ASAT - Airside Safety Awareness Training course - online course just £36 inc VAT!

Developed in conjunction with UK Airport Operators, our Airside Safety Awareness Training (ASAT) course covers the roles and responsibilities of employees working airside. Focusing on airside safety and procedures for dealing with an incident, this course promotes a safe working environment, by providing workers with the information and skills they need to work safely and efficiently.

This course is based upon the Civil Aviation Publication (CAP) 642 document and represents safe working practices at airports*. Course content is a combination of guidelines and directives. Modules include:

• Traffic Rules
• Fire Prevention
• Danger Zones

By ensuring all students are aware of the dangers involved in working airside, the risk of related accidents is reduced, as is damage to aircraft and subsequent financial implications.

This course is recommended for all personnel who work airside, including those involved in ramp operations.

Upon completion, each student must undertake a multiple-choice exam.
